Tess - Tailored Support Solutions is the brainchild of our passionate managing director, Melanie. Melanie's journey into the world of aged care began with a personal experience close to her heart. Witnessing her own father's battle with health challenges, including Lewy Body Dementia, Melanie gained firsthand insight into the difficulties faced by older and disabled Australians in finding the right support.

Driven by a desire to address these challenges and simplify the process of accessing quality care, Melanie embarked on a mission to identify and remove hurdles in the aged care industry. With a vision to set new benchmarks and make home care services more accessible for everyone, Tess was born. 

Tess is guided by a philosophy centered on valuing and supporting our staff in the same manner that they support others. 

We believe that by prioritising their well-being, we cultivate a workforce that is dedicated, engaged, and committed to our mission. 

Our aim is to relieve the burdens faced by providers in aged care and disability support, allowing them to focus on their true calling of advocating for their clients' needs.
